Fraction Decimal Dash Matching Game

Number Of Players: 2 - 4 players.

What You Need

  • Fraction / Decimal Strips
  • Game Markers for each player (buttons, coins, etc)

Preparation

Print off a set of fraction / decimal strip for each player.

How To Play:

Object of the Game: The object of the game is to be the first player to complete their five 1-Whole strips with decimal, fraction, and or percent strips to equal 1-whole

  • Decide who goes first.
  • The first player turns picks up and turns over the top card of the face-down pile of game cards. 
  • The first player rolls the pair of dice and adds the two numbers on dice.

Learning how factions, decimals, and percents relate to each other is a key skill for middle school students, and using fun activities helps their understanding of this important math skill.
