Raceway Fractions turns fraction practice into a race. Players spin a fraction spinner, then move their racecar around a 16-space track. While they're busy racing to the finish, they're comparing fractions, finding equivalents, and building real fraction fluency — no worksheets required.

Skill: Comparing and adding fractions with like and unlike denominators. Typically a 4th and 5th grade topic, and useful practice for students through 8th grade.

HOW TO PLAY

  • Print the game board and the two fraction spinners. 
  • Cut out the spinners and gather a pencil and a paper clip. 
  • Spin a fraction, find it on the track, and move your racecar. 
  • First racecar to reach the finish wins!
