Math is all around us. Maybe you were born loving math. But if not we will show you examples of math trivia that are sure to give you a new appreciation for math. You might even begin to love it.

Take the number 9 for instance. You thought it was just a typical number. Well not quite...Have you ever noticed that in the nine times tables, all the answers add up to nine?

1 x 9 = 9 (0 + 9 = 9)
2 x 9 = 18 (1 + 8 = 9)
3 x 9 = 27 (2 + 7 = 9)
4 x 9 = 36 (3 + 6 = 9)
5 x 9 = 45 (4 + 5 = 9)
6 x 9 = 54 (5 + 4 = 9)
and so on..

By the way, this is a good way to memorize multiplication facts for nines. And while I mention that, here's another good multiplication trick for learning the nines times tables.
