Your Age 3 Times Trick

This is an cool math trick most students really like...Try it first and then it's a good one to perform on friends and family.

Take your Age, Multiply it by 7, and then Multiply the result by 1443. So here it is in formula format:

(Your Age)x(7)x(1443) = Your Age three times

So here's an example....Let's say you are 12 years old. Then you would calculate the following:

12 x 7 x 1433

And the answer is.....121212

Phone Number Trick

Ask a friend to think any phone number and you will tell them that phone number. If you perform it right, your friend should be amazed at how you did it! Here's how you do the trick:

  • Grab a calculator
  • Key in the first three digits of your phone number (NOT the area code)
  • Multiply by 80
  • Add 1
  • Multiply by 250
  • Add the last 4 digits of your phone number
  • Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again. You can do these last two steps without letting your friend know what you are doing. Just say "I have to do some magic math calculating to get the phone number."
  • Subtract 250
  • Divide number by 2.

And Presto...there it is!
